At The Solitaire Bakery, every cookie, roll, and loaf is more than just a treat—it's a piece of a story.

 

I'm Amery, the baker behind the oven. This bakery is a family tradition and a dream come true.

 

Baking is deeply rooted in my heritage. My grandmother and great-grandmother were talented bakers here in Colorado, catering events for all kinds of occasions. I was born and raised in Colorado, growing up surrounded by the warmth of their kitchen and the cherished recipes they passed down—recipes that inspired me to start this bakery.

 

In 2006, after my daughter Ashia was born, I challenged myself to make every birthday as special as she is! When my son Rean was born in 2008 with several nut allergies, finding his favorite treats became difficult. In 2017, my son Kellen was born and shared the same allergies. Determined to keep my kids healthy, I committed to baking from scratch, using only the best ingredients, and leaving nuts out of my recipes. Today, I focus on creating exciting new treats and baked goods that everyone can enjoy.

 

The name and logo of The Solitaire Bakery were inspired by the cookbook my great-grandmother passed down to my grandmother, which I now cherish. It serves as my inspiration for blending their favorite recipes with my own to create this unique bakery.
